The Opportunity

As part of the AI Commercialization team, you will support the firm’s AI commercialization efforts by enabling go-to-market execution and driving scalable AI adoption across priority accounts. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work, all within a fast-paced environment that encourages curiosity and adaptability.

Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

- Work with commercial teams to enhance their understanding of AI capabilities

- Contribute to the translation of AI advancements into actionable business opportunities

- Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge of AI commercialization

- Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions and recommendations

- Foster a culture of curiosity and flexibility within the team

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- At least 1 year of experience in consulting, digital transformation, AI enablement, commercial strategy support

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Foundational understanding of Commercial AI strategy

- Demonstrating working knowledge of Generative AI tools

- Evaluating business challenges through a strategic AI lens

- Supporting quantitative analysis and data insights

- Excelling in written and verbal communication

- Developing structured, executive-ready documents

- Commitment to continuous learning in AI and digital innovation


The salary range for this position is: $50,500 - $112,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
