Strategy & Consulting Deals Technology Strategy

The Deals Technology Strategy team works with Private Equity clients to assess the proprietary software and technology capabilities of companies in a deal context. We help our PE clients identify and plan technology-led EBITDA improvements as part of due diligence or post acquisition value creation.​

Entry level professionals will apply to a Strategy& Consulting requisition and will be aligned to a specific practice team based on major and skills.

Preferred fields of study:

Combination of technology and business majors and/or experience preferred:​
- Business majors
- Computer Science
- Engineering

Preferred skills:
- Analytical and quantitative skills​
- Private Equity and M&A​
- Technology strategy​
- Technology due diligence​
- Tech-led or digital value creation ​

Understanding of: ​
- Software architecture​
- Product management​
- Product development and R&D operations​
- Emerging technology (E.g., GenAI, IoT, Predictive Analytics)​
