They are skilled in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver high-quality services to clients. Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. The Opportunity

As part of the Managed Services team, you will lead the delivery of exceptional financial system support and enhancements. As a Manager, you will motivate and inspire your team to deliver quality results while managing client accounts and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers the chance to leverage your knowledge in Infor CloudSuite Financials, maintaining data accuracy and financial integrity while fostering sturdy client relationships.

Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of financial system support and enhancements

- Inspire and motivate team members to achieve exceptional outcomes

- Manage client accounts while driving initiatives for continuous improvement

- Maintain data accuracy and uphold financial integrity

- Foster meaningful relationships with clients through impactful communication

- Utilize knowledge in Infor CloudSuite Financials to enhance service delivery

- Oversee project execution and maintain alignment with client expectations

- Encourage a culture of innovation and proactive problem-solving

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 7 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Proven experience with Infor CloudSuite Financials or similar ERP systems

- Demonstrating leadership in financial module support

- Managing finance incidents and service requests

- Troubleshooting transaction processing and integration issues

- Maintaining data accuracy and financial integrity

- Supporting integration touchpoints across systems

- Driving continuous improvement in finance operations

- Leading finance track initiatives onshore and offshore

- Participating in knowledge transfer and documentation uplift


The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
