In Epic consulting at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions. Your work will involve possessing in-depth knowledge of Epic applications and assisting clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

The Opportunity

As part of the Epic Managed Services team, you will oversee large-scale support and optimization engagements for healthcare providers. As a Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner, leveraging your operational knowledge and Epic knowledge to deliver quality outcomes while fostering accountability and driving performance across teams. This position allows you to strengthen long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for service expansion in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage large-scale support and optimization projects for healthcare providers

- Serve as a strategic partner, leveraging operational knowledge

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver quality outcomes

- Strengthen client relationships and identify service expansion opportunities

- Maintain accountability and performance across delivery teams

- Oversee enhancements and upgrades for Epic applications

- Utilize Epic knowledge to drive operational improvements

- Collaborate with healthcare executives to meet their needs

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 7 years of experience

- Epic certification

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Public Health, Health Administration preferred

- Proven experience managing large-scale managed services engagements

- Demonstrated success leading enterprise Epic support programs

- Excelling in client relationship management and executive presence

- Managing distributed or global delivery teams effectively

- Developing service dashboards and operational performance metrics

- Understanding healthcare operations and regulatory compliance

- Driving optimization initiatives for system performance and effectiveness

- Continuously evolving Epic and healthcare regulatory knowledge

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
