These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. In Epic consulting at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions. Your work will involve possessing in-depth knowledge of Epic applications and assisting clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. The Opportunity

As part of the Managed Services, Clinical Applications team, you will lead managed services operations for Clinical Application modules, driving system stability and alignment with operational goals. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement of support processes while building meaningful client connections. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your technical knowledge and enhance your personal brand in a dynamic healthcare environment.

- Oversee managed services operations for Clinical Application modules

- Maintain system stability in line with operational objectives

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 4 years of experience in Clinical Applications management

- Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration/Management preferred

- Proven experience in mentoring and team leadership

- Demonstrating advanced problem-solving and technical skills

- Excelling in communication with diverse stakeholders

- Leading cross-team collaboration across time zones

- Analyzing incident trends for continuous improvement

- Understanding healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements

- Developing training materials for end-user support

- Creating and maintaining operational documentation


The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
