Strategy& Consulting Deals Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) opportunities

Working closely with other deal competencies, we deploy a range of targeted business diligence offerings to identify and quantify untapped EBITDA value and surface potential execution risks, directly impacting the overall quality of earnings and resulting valuation of the target entity. You’ll support clients throughout the bid cycle, including joining lender calls to field questions regarding identified value creation opportunities. Once a deal is signed, we assist clients with their value creating planning process, and move into Value Creation execution and tracking upon deal close.

Key business diligence focus areas include: operations value and risk diligence, carve-out diligence, technology & IP value & risk diligence, IT value & risk diligence, Add-on diligence, Cross portfolio value creation, Exit event preparation.

Entry level professionals will apply to a Strategy& Consulting requisition and will be aligned to a specific practice team based on major and skills.
