Our Finance Transformation consultants help clients improve all elements of their finance organization including operating model design, finance organization integration and separation, sustainable cost reduction, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, financial systems architecture, and full scale finance transformation. This high performing team helps CFOs identify, design and implement programs that can transform their finance function to meet today’s demanding requirements while continuing to provide value added insights to the business. 

Entry level professionals will apply to a Management Consulting requisition and will be aligned to a specific practice team based on major and skills.

Preferred fields of study:

  • Accounting
  • Accounting and Finance
  • Accounting and MIS
  • Business Analytics
  • Data Analytics/Processing
  • Information Technology (with Accounting)

Preferred skills:

  • Interest in finance transformation, processes, and technologies.
