Financial Markets and Real Estate (FMRE) opportunities

A career within Financial Markets & Real Estate (FMRE), will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to a variety of audit, regulatory, valuation, and financial analyses services to design solutions that address our clients’ complex accounting and financial reporting challenges, as well as their broader business issues. The practice is focused on anticipating, understanding and resolving challenges across the financial instrument lifecycle. You’ll receive exposure to a variety of client work allowing for diversification of skill sets and deployability across various types of client engagements.

Within Assurance FMRE, you can work on:
• Consulting and non-audit attest services related to securitizations and financial instruments
• Accounting standards implementation assessments and treasury consulting services
• Real Estate finance and valuation
• Real Estate strategy and transformation

Preferred fields of study:

• Accounting (CPA not required)
• Finance / Quant Finance 
• Finance and Technology
• Specialization in our Niche Areas including Real Estate, Credit Analysis, Derivatives and Hedging, Securitization, Data Analytics
  

Preferred Skills:

• Data analysis and technology experience such as Alteryx, Excel, Tableau 
• Desire to explore valuation of complex financial instrument
• Familiarity with computer programming languages (Python, Sequel, etc.)
• Financial Modeling experience 
• Understanding of the financial markets and lifecycle
