Deals - Deals Tech & Data Solutions (DT&DS)

A career in PwC’s Technology and Data Solutions practice within offers the opportunity to help organizations unlock value through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital market activity. 

As part of this team, you’ll help clients leverage technology and data to enable, create, and realize value from deals. We are industry leaders in embedding data technology, data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence for a broad range of Deal-focused solutions. 

As part of DT&DS Contract Analytics, you’ll also advise clients on contract-related risks and opportunities during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You’ll assess revenue portability, one-time costs, and synergy potential, and support cost reduction through strategic contract negotiations. You'll also help mitigate deal risks—such as assignment and change-of-control issues—through proactive planning and execution.
